Well, They welcomed us when we came to the hotel, Check in & out was smooth thanks to the receptionists “Lovely, Prachi & manmeet. All staff were very helpful, accommodating and lovely! Nice view from the room The place was fragrant, very clean and quiet, they responded quickly and were friendly in meeting requirements For the location is very good, its near to Dubai mall & Burj khalifa ETA 23 minutes, Thank you

I would like to say big thanks to ms.PRACHI she is an excellent worker. You can find her at reception and she will help ur any problems with her big smile. Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I especially want to highlight the incredible service provided by the manager, Lovely. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful, assisting us with various requests with kindness and efficiency. When I needed a vase for my flowers, she quickly found a great alternative. She also helped me pack my medication with ice to ensure it stayed fresh during my journey. Throughout our stay, she was always friendly, smiling, and polite, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. I am very grateful for her support and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Lovely, for making our stay so pleasant!

Perfect choice for business and leisure trip. I love everything about CityMax. Reception staff are very helpful and professional. The location is perfect, close to everything. My room and bathroom are super clean and comfortable with great amenities, perfect view, meeting my expectations. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, lots to choose from. The best part of my stay was I got a surprise birthday cake from the hotel on my birthday, which i was so happy about🥰 thank you so much Citymax Hotel Business Bay

I booked a room for my friend from (2_4)oct2023 The hotel is very Clean. The room is very comfortable. But it's shame for hotel like citymax business bay hotel to steal mony form the guests becauce they refused to return the deposit mony when he checked out.

The parking was easy, checking and check out was also simple. There's a bar downstairs and a couple of restaurants on site. If you're staying for a few days, you won't need to go too far after long days work.

The room is perfect, it's the same as what I saw in the booking. The bed is very comfortable, Big and spacious and we have a view of Burj Khalifa and it's very quiet, you can sleep well. Perfect for those people who travel for business in the Business Bay area. Breakfast is delicious- a lot of things you choose. I like their omellete and the rice porridge; they are so delicious. All staff are nice and very helpful from the receptionist, the crew who bring our things in the room, and the staff in the morning breakfast, they are smiley and wonderful.

I always come here every time i need hotel in dubai, it is the best, All staffs are very good specially night manger (Islam) he is one the best and useful manger in that hotel , Manis Thai restaurant supervisor, and receptions staffs Abhinaf , Jhilik and suleyman And my lovely one which her name is Lovely (she is very lovely as her name) It is not fair to not mention all names, cos they are all amazing
