Well, They welcomed us when we came to the hotel, Check in & out was smooth thanks to the receptionists “Lovely, Prachi & manmeet. All staff were very helpful, accommodating and lovely! Nice view from the room The place was fragrant, very clean and quiet, they responded quickly and were friendly in meeting requirements For the location is very good, its near to Dubai mall & Burj khalifa ETA 23 minutes, Thank you

I booked a room for my friend from (2_4)oct2023 The hotel is very Clean. The room is very comfortable. But it's shame for hotel like citymax business bay hotel to steal mony form the guests becauce they refused to return the deposit mony when he checked out.

The room is perfect, it's the same as what I saw in the booking. The bed is very comfortable, Big and spacious and we have a view of Burj Khalifa and it's very quiet, you can sleep well. Perfect for those people who travel for business in the Business Bay area. Breakfast is delicious- a lot of things you choose. I like their omellete and the rice porridge; they are so delicious. All staff are nice and very helpful from the receptionist, the crew who bring our things in the room, and the staff in the morning breakfast, they are smiley and wonderful.

very good choice for quick in and out business trip especially if you’re on a budget. tho it was very cheap the standards held very high. exceeded my expectations 100 times over ! just as an example I’ve stayed one day (not even a night) in Hilton and that costed me same amount as entire week stay in this great Citymax hotel. never had a feeling that I’ve underpaid before :) quite nice feeling I must say. room service quick and surprisingly tasty meals. room had a bath and a shower which is always a winner for me. the area was very convenient for me as its 8 minutes dive away from the heart of Dubai and under 20 minutes to airport. best choice I’ve made in a while ;)

Very nice hotel, the staff is always ready to help and answer all your questions. Breakfast is fantastic, highly recommend to try masala tea there. The pool is small, but quiet, and you can easily get your portion of sun before the scorching hours.

Location is well connected and easily accessible from all major thoroughfares in the city. The staff was friendly and facilities were good considering the money being charged. Breakfast was great. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of grocery shops nearby.

The rooms were in very good condition, they were cleaning them every day. The hotel has everything you may need during your stay. Last but not least, the receptionists were really nice and very helpful.

The service was great, staff were friendly, my room was clean and was cleaned every day. The restaurants downstairs are great and the discount for them is good value. My bed was comfy and the aircon in my room was brilliant.
